We foster collaboration across academia, government and industry to promote a digital skills revolution in South Africa. We’re developing a digital skills curriculum for rural schools, digital literacy programmes to accompany infrastructure development, and a university entrepreneurship programme to drive employment
We set up eGovernment Centres to promote and implement eGov technologies, streamline government processes, and offer cost-effective technology solutions. Leveraging technology, we aim to improve communication, anticipate needs, and reduce wait times, resulting in a more efficient government experience. Our goal is to enhance transparency, fostering trust and accountability.
We roll out ICT infrastructure prioritising service delivery functions and under-resourced communities. In partnership with Telkom, we will lead a province-wide initiative to ensure universal internet access for all citizens, accompanied by a comprehensive awareness campaign to enable citizens to take advantage of the network and its benefits.
Rooted in accessibility and sustainability, we deploy clean, reliable, and affordable green energy solutions across rural and urban communities, catalysing an energy revolution across Africa. We also prioritise skills development focusing on education, training, and job creation to empower communities, promote economic self-sufficiency, and contribute to sustainable development.
We aim to position South Africa as a leading producer and processor of high-quality agricultural products, boosting the local economy and promoting sustainable practices through advanced agro-technologies. Our goal is to create a sustainable agricultural landscape that supports economic prosperity and enhances capabilities, knowledge, and innovation through skills development.
Our incubator programmes empower aspiring entrepreneurs to launch small businesses by transforming their concepts into investment-ready propositions. Through skills development, we also create employment opportunities in high-tech sectors, addressing unemployment, particularly among youth and marginalised communities..
We will build the King Langalibalele Health Precinct and The Institute for African Traditional Medicine to execute all traditional medicine projects, enable AI-assisted diagnosis and therapy, catalyse 4P Medicine, and empower traditional medicine practitioners globally. We aim to preserve cultural heritage, enhance service efficiency, and reduce healthcare costs.
We will optimise trade processes by leveraging advanced capabilities, streamlining operations, and integrating cutting-edge technologies. We focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, developing infrastructure, building capacity, and promoting sustainability to enhance global connectivity, market expansion, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.
We aim to expand research in on our focus areas, to integrate cutting-edge technology, bolster expertise and resources, and enhance insights. By fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders, academia, and government agencies, we promote knowledge sharing, technology transfer, and collaborative research initiatives.
